• Disassemble, clean, and document inspection details for various valve types;
• Overhaul, lap, polish, repair, test, and certify all types of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs);
• Conduct testing and performance verification for all valve types;
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of valve types, actuator systems, and repair methods;
• Ensure compliance with company and client HSE standards and procedures;
• Support senior technicians and assist in the training and development of junior colleagues;
• Report to the supervisor or operations manager on any issues affecting quality or company reputation.
