  • Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa and immigration documents;
  • Support invoice verification and payment processing related to visa/immigration services;
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of documentation;
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external authorities/service providers.

Work conditions:

  • Job type: Temporary, with the possibility of extension;
  • Work Regime: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday);
  • Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.

Tələblər

  • Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.;
  • Proficient in MS Office programs;
  • Experience with documentation, visa/immigration processes is an advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, documentation, or immigration is an advantage.
