İş haqqında məlumat
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa and immigration documents;
- Support invoice verification and payment processing related to visa/immigration services;
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of documentation;
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external authorities/service providers.
Work conditions:
- Job type: Temporary, with the possibility of extension;
- Work Regime: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday);
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.

Tələblər
- Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.;
- Proficient in MS Office programs;
- Experience with documentation, visa/immigration processes is an advantage;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, documentation, or immigration is an advantage.
