- Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost estimates for projects during planning and execution phases;
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cost control procedures aligned with company policies;
- Monitor actual project costs vs. budget and prepare variance analysis reports;
- Track and report on cost-related KPIs, cash flows, commitments, and earned value;
- Support procurement in bid evaluations from a cost perspective;
- Identify cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies;
- Participate in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS);
- Provide cost input for change management and assist in impact assessment;
- Liaise with Project Managers, Planners, and Finance teams to ensure aligned cost tracking;
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders;
- Support project close-out activities including final cost reconciliation and lessons learned.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field;
- Project Management (PMP) and Cost Engineering (AACE-CCP) certification is a plus;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost engineering, preferably in technical or engineering projects;
- Proficient in cost control software and ERP tools (Primavera, MS Project, SAP);
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles;
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM);
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities;
- Proficiency in English is required.
