  • Lead and oversee the design coordination process from concept to construction across all project stages;
  • Manage and coordinate all design consultants and internal design teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget;
  • Review and validate design packages for completeness, compliance with regulations, and alignment with project goals;
  • Identify and resolve design conflicts between various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) in a timely manner;
  • Facilitate regular design coordination meetings, preparing and managing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items;
  • Work closely with the construction, procurement, and project management teams to ensure that the design supports buildability and value engineering initiatives;
  • Establish and maintain design standards, quality control measures, and coordination procedures;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all design-related matters, both internally and externally;
  • Track design deliverables, milestones, and approvals to ensure timely progression of projects;
  • Proactively manage risks related to design and coordination to avoid delays or cost overruns;
  • Lead design change management processes, including documentation and impact assessments;
  • Mentor and guide the internal design coordination team to build a high-performing unit.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in design coordination, preferably in complex, multidisciplinary construction or architectural projects;
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple design teams and large-scale projects;
  • Strong understanding of design and construction processes, local building codes, and regulations;
  • Proficient in design coordination software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools,etc;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders;
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.
