- Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office;
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
- To serve tea, coffee to director and guests;
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable;
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries;
- Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings;
- Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office;
- To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments ;
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management;
- Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm.
Salary: 500 azn net.

Tələblər
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant;
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques;
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Integrity and professionalism;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- High school diploma;
- Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English languages is preferable;
- Priority will be given to female candidates.
