  • Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office;
  •  Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
  • To serve tea, coffee to director and guests;
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable;
  •  Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries;
  • Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies;
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings;
  • Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards;
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office;
  • To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments ;
  • Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management;
  • Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm.

Salary: 500 azn net.

Tələblər

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant;
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques;
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Integrity and professionalism;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • High school diploma;
  • Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English languages is preferable;
  • Priority will be given to female candidates.
