Working conditions
- Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements;
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a current situation;
- Collecting information about client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution;
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution;
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client;
- Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads;
- A good team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team;
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with clients and the team;
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field: MSc/MBA is a plus;
- Consulting experience is not required, but preferred;
- Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations;
- Strong consulting skills: strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, communicating complex ideas;
- Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service;
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English is expected.
