- Develop tailored solutions for prospective customers and deliver presentations to meet their specific needs;
- Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth;
- Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and develop targeted sales strategies;
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring sales targets are met;
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented.

Требования
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills being an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
