  • Drive sales of Systemair products and solutions, while identifying and securing new business opportunities;
  • Develop tailored solutions for prospective customers and deliver presentations to meet their specific needs;
  • Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth;
  • Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and develop targeted sales strategies;
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring sales targets are met;
  • Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and  Russian language skills being an advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
