• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested
• Azerbaijani citizenship.
• Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.

• Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset;
• 3-5 years of experience in as corporate lawyer;
• Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset);
• Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
