This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Baku. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects and materials. The role includes conceptualizing designs, developing creative layouts, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring all designs align with branding and project goals. Attention to detail, deadlines, and delivering engaging visual outputs are key aspects of this position.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software;
• Creative and artistic skills, including an eye for color, typography, and layout;
• Ability to develop creative concepts, design layouts, and visual content;
• Communication and collaborative skills for working with teams and presenting ideas effectively;
• Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines;
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt designs according to feedback;
• Relevant experience in visual or graphic design; experience in educational or industrial-themed projects is a plus;
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
