- Manage facility operations across a designated portfolio of buildings ensuring smooth delivery of services;
- Coordinate daily activities of in house staff ensuring alignment with SLA`s and KPI`s;
- Monitor property conditions, conduct regular inspections, and initiate corrective actions where needed;
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations;
- Handle tenant/resident requests, complaints and escalations in timely and professional manner;
- Support line manager in planning budgets, optimizing resources and continuous improvement;
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, incident report and operational documentation;
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance based on certain metrics.
Tələblər
- Batchelor`s degree in similar field;
- 5+ years in facilities management including minimum 2 years in managerial role;
- Proven track record of managing large multidisciplinary teams and third party service providers;
- Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills;
- CAFM software experience preferred;
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast paced environment.
