- Encourage a culture that prioritizes safety by implementing project-specific HSE plans, making sure personal protective equipment is used, and adhering to environmental regulations;
- Ensure all piping construction projects adhere to quality standards, applicable codes, and design specifications;
- Prepare and review piping construction and testing procedures in accordance with project requirements;
- Establish and maintain the overall piping construction schedule to ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe project delivery;
- Supervise site teams and contractors across all phases of piping construction;
- Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule and key milestones;
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain project targets;
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, quality, and HSE departments to resolve technical and execution-related issues;
- Provide technical guidance on-site to resolve construction problems efficiently;
- Maintain detailed records of construction progress, workforce allocation, equipment use, and critical issues;
- Manage and prioritize the allocation of project materials according to construction drawings;
- Manage the preparation of pipework fabrication and installation work packs;
- Review and confirm that field execution aligns with approved drawings and technical documentation;
- Lead the Galperti ovality check both pre and post hot work. If required organizing face machining of the Galperti Hubs;
- Direct and support subcontractors to complete flange management in accordance with procedures;
- Oversee the fabrication, installation, and testing of piping systems;
- Manage the installation of pipe supports in accordance with the project schedule, drawings, and specifications;
- Lead the preparation of test packs based on LOSSH drawings;
- Lead and coordinate all pre-commissioning activities, including flushing. hydrotesting, cleanliness, drying, and reinstatement;
- Managing hydrotest water requirements and overseeing the validation process to ensure adequacy and compliance with testing specifications;
- Assist Commissioning for the calibration of the PSVs and re-installation of them;
- Assist commissioning team during leak testing and final system verification;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in piping construction within oil & gas industry, especially oil & gas platform construction;
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle of piping construction, from material control and fabrication to erection, hydrotesting, and mechanical completion;
- Strong understanding of piping codes, international standards (ASME, API, etc.), and material specifications;
- Proficient in reading and interpreting piping isometrics, support drawings, P&IDs, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and construction documentation;
- Knowledge of welding procedures, material traceability, flange management, and modular construction techniques;
- Experienced in flushing, hydrotesting, reinstatement, drying, mechanical completion and system handover;
- Experience in construction planning, scheduling, resource managing and executing piping construction activities;
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors;
- Good understanding of interface management with civil, structural, mechanical, and E&I disciplines during execution;
- Effective communicator with project stakeholders, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams;
- Familiarity with work pack preparation and system handover processes
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written;
- Experience using MS Office and Navisworks, and familiarity with planning tools such as Primavera P6;
- Ensures strict compliance with project-specific health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements;
- Knowledge of site safety protocols and risk assessment practices.
