- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Resort & Residence and to ensure that various departments are profitable and run according to the standards and defined targets;
- To develop and establish strategies and business policies by setting key performance indicators, determining productivity, quality and customer-service strategies, resolving problems, implementing and managing change;
- To direct and implement plans to secure the business, maximize revenue and remain cost-efficient, ensuring service excellence and high-quality asset maintenance;
- To lead the executive committee/department heads to ensure overall profit, service and employee satisfaction goals are met or exceeded;
- To maintain customer confidence by responding effectively to guest feedback regarding service challenges;
- To review existing standard operating procedures and further expand and improve them.
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00;

- Detail-oriented in operations to ensure the highest standards of asset maintenance and guest services.
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking for operational efficiency and commercial success.
- Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (Elektra, Opera, etc.).
