- Ensure all HR-related documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements;
- Guarantee timely and accurate reporting to senior management and government bodies;
- Implement best and most up-to-date HR practices;
- Identify and meet staff training and development needs;
- Ensure smooth operation of the ERP system related to HR functions;
- Supervise and manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, training and development, payroll/benefits administration, legal compliance, teamwork, employee relations and contracts, performance evaluations, employee compensation and safety, employment procedures, general HR management and support;
- Provide support and guidance to the General Manager, management team, and all staff;
- Develop, implement, and manage procedures and programs related to employee management to maintain a positive, productive, fair, and healthy work environment across the hotel;
- Conduct interviews and manage recruitment processes;
- Voluntary medical insurance;
- Lunch, transportation, and accommodation provided by the company.
Tələblər
- Higher education;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field;
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation;
- Advanced understanding of HR management, functions, and procedures;
- Strong proficiency in 1C and MS Office programs;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
- Good command of Russian.
