• Ensure departmental costs remain within the approved budget; 
• Supervise, assist, and guide Room Attendants and Floor Attendants in their daily duties; 
• Train and coach team members to meet established service standards; 
• Address guest concerns promptly, record issues, and inform relevant departments; 
• Provide daily briefings to Room Attendants regarding VIP guests, priorities, and special requests; 
• Ensure timely cleaning and release of check-out rooms; 
• Monitor rooms with “Privacy Please” indicators and coordinate service accordingly; 
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and assigned floors; 
• Report damages, special cleaning needs, and replacement requirements; 
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed according to company standards; 
• Perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties when required; 
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to maintain and improve guest satisfaction; 
• Ensure all rooms meet furniture, fixture, and amenity standards.

Employment Type: Seasonal (4 months)

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel Housekeeping environment; 
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach; 
• Excellent organizational, supervisory, and communication skills; 
• Ability to clearly convey information and instructions; 
• Strong decision-making skills with accuracy and efficiency; 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure; 
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities; 
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); 
• Proven training and coaching experience; 
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (Micros Opera preferred).
