- General administration and coordination;
- Recruitment and termination of the employees in EMAS;
- Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests;
- Assisting with payroll administration;
- Maintaining and updating employee records (in an HRIS);
- Assisting with (and executing) the termination process;
- Scheduling meetings, events, interviews, etc;
- Develops and maintains that human resource system meets senior management requirement;
- Analyze, maintenance, and communicate records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments within the organization;
- Coordinates and maintains training plan, arrange staff interview, recruitment and performance evaluation process;
- Monitor holidays/vacations of employees refer to Labor and Civil Code;
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs;
- Ensure all employees fully understand their individual and collective responsibility for HSSE performance;
- Responsible for conduct and verification of activities and tasks according to relevant Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions;
- Responsible for ensuring site personnel are fully informed of their individual roles and responsibilities;
- Support other assigned functions;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice;
- Arrange the followings, but not limited to;
- daily transportation;
- onshore / offshore medical check-ups.

Tələblər
- Minimum 3 years in this area;
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations;
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
- English proficiency must be strong;
- General administration skills;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Good written and verbal communication.
