  • The IT Onsite Specialist is responsible to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-user support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies.
  • Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.
  • Provide timely onsite and remote IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access rights, and equipment allocation.
  • Monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard corporate applications.
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement requests, tagging, tracking, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection policies, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalated issues, projects, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests in IT service management tools.
  • Conduct IT trainings for end-users in English (covering tools, applications, and IT best practices).
  • Support IT-related projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Experience with IT asset management and ticketing/service desk systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (both written and spoken), with the ability to deliver user trainings in English.
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.
