• Help ensure that materials are stored in an organized and safe manner, following best practices and company guidelines;
• Assist in managing the issuance of materials to production and project teams;
• Ensure accurate records of material movements are maintained;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the company’s ERP or inventory management system. Assist in generating regular reports on inventory;
• Identify opportunities to improve material management processes and support the implementation of changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs;

Location: RSL Shikhov Site

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
• Detail oriented;
• Accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
