• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials;
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and project requirements;
• Minimize material wastage and manage obsolete or excess inventory;
• Receive, record and inspect all incoming materials and equipment;
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to ensure seamless material flow;
• Coordinate all process with Client & Customer Material and Warehouse team to have a smooth operation;
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, usage, and discrepancies;
• Manage the issuance of materials to production and project teams, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantities and etc.

Location: RSL Shikhov Site

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Material Controller or Warehouseman;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
• Well knowledge of warehouse management procedures;
• Detail oriented;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
