  • Participate in the implementation of the company's procurement processes;
  • Participate in the research, selection and evaluation of potential suppliers;
  • Participate in tender procedures in accordance with the company's procurement policy
  • Collect price offers and prepare comparison tables;
  • Formalize the orders and monitor the overall process;
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all procurement-related documentation;
  • Ensure operational cooperation with suppliers and internal departments;
  • Timely and accurate execution of management instructions.

Work conditions:

  • Workplace: Baku city
  • Work hours: 09:00 -18:00 
  • Work days : 5 days a week   
  • Salary: 400 AZN net (Salary will be increased after the probationary period)

Tələblər

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in procurement is an advantage;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English; (required)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs;
  • High level of presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to conduct corporate correspondence and business negotiations;
  • Responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
