- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with telecom operators, and key stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities, formulate account strategies, and drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing and delivery.
- Conduct professional client communication, demand analysis, solution presentation, and commercial negotiation to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, solution, delivery, and project management to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market changes, providing valuable insights for business strategy optimization.
- Uphold corporate values and professional ethics to maintain a positive team and company image.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven working experience in ToB key account sales, business development, or account management within the telecom/ICT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large clients or operator-level accounts, with experience in major project negotiation and execution.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; capable of conducting business meetings, negotiations, and daily communication in English independently.
- Strong business acumen, client-oriented mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, able to work under pressure, with high professionalism and teamwork spirit.
