- Lead and supervise the technical architectural team; assign tasks and ensure timely delivery;
- Oversee production of all technical drawings: plans, sections, details, schedules, and coordination documents;
- Ensure full coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP systems; resolve clashes and technical conflicts;
- Review and approve drawing packages before submission to clients, contractors, and authorities;
- Conduct site visits; monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings;
- Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and provide technical solutions during construction;
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and project standards;
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
- 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and project coordination;
- Strong expertise in construction detailing, building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM; Navisworks is an advantage;
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain high-quality technical outputs.
