- Implementation of training and development strategies in accordance with hotel and head office policies and procedures;
- Providing training needs analysis based on employee performance evaluations and management recommendations, monitor employee performance and identify areas for development;
- Participation in the preparation of the annual training plan and budget with the hotel's HR management;
- Delivery of training programs using various methods (lectures, videos, practical exercises, e-learning, etc.);
- Develop corporate training materials and ensure their use among hotel staff;
- Measure training results and report monthly to Human Resources Manager and Head Office;
- Prepare and coordinate the development program for talented employees ;
- Organize internal employee engagement events (employee of month/year, surveys, orientation trainings, etc.);
- Support the improvement of service quality by collaborating with relevant departments;
- Manage all administrative tasks of training programs (schedules, registration, work with vendors, budget, etc.).

Tələblər
- Higher education (social sciences);
- Experience with LMS (will be an advantage);
- Excellent spoken level of English and Azerbaijani;
- Good presentation and communication skills.
