• Respond to client inquiries received via website and WhatsApp with prompt, professional communication
• Guide clients through collections, advise on product selection, sizing, and customization options
• Coordinate custom and made-to-measure orders with our atelier
• Maintain client communication throughout the production and delivery process
• Ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience from first contact to post-purchase follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams (atelier, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Build long-term relationships with high-end clientele
• Maintain accurate records of orders, requests, and communications

• Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or high-end client service (online or offline)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for fashion, style, and couture craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and handle VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism
