- Develop and maintain planograms for retail categories (shelves, end caps, promotional areas).
- Define SKU positioning, facings, shelf capacity, and product blocking based on sales data.
- Optimize retail space using category performance, turnover, and margin indicators.
- Adapt planograms to different store formats and layout configurations.
- Monitor planogram compliance through checklists and photo reports.
- Analyze key metrics: sales per shelf meter, availability (OSA), out-of-stock, stock rotation.
- Collaborate with brand/category managers, purchasing, and merchandising teams.
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for layout optimization.

Tələblər
- Experience in planogramming, category management, or retail analytics (FMCG or retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of shelf management and shopper behavior.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Ability to calculate facings, shelf capacity, and space productivity.
- Experience with planogram software (e.g. Spaceman, Nielsen, JDA) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and follow layout standards.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail or FMCG.
