- Prepare and update operation and maintenance instructions for infrastructure mechanical systems (ventilation, water systems, heating, cooling, steam, etc.).
- Ensure the efficient operation of the systems under responsibility.
- Perform maintenance of the systems under responsibility and ensure complete documentation.
- Manage the spare parts inventory.
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the work performed.
Tələblər
- Graduate of relevant departments of high school, vocational school, or university.
- English language skills (preferred).
- Knowledge of infrastructure systems (ventilation, heating, cooling, gas lines, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair.
- Team-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Able to work under high work tempo when necessary.
- Holds a driver’s license and can actively drive.
- Able to work under intensive work conditions when required.
