• Establishing planned maintenance programs; managing maintenance activities; ensuring their execution and reporting
• Developing and managing a spare parts stock management system
• Analyzing failures and defining and implementing preventive maintenance and improvement activities to prevent recurrence
• Taking part, together with the team, in investment projects, including machinery and systems projects, on-site manufacturing, and qualification processes
• Preparing training plans for the team and monitoring the implementation of these trainings
• Managing required quality system processes (procedures, deviations, change management, etc.)
• Conducting necessary communications for responsible systems and documentation during national and international audits

• Graduated from the Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical–Electronics Engineering at universities
• Advanced level of English
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure systems and/or production machinery maintenance and repair
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills; excellent planning and coordination abilities; open to innovation and continuous learning
• Team-oriented
• Able to fully comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Flexible to work extended and/or flexible working hours
