- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors, typing, copying, filing, sorting, and handling mail;
- Directorial Assistance: Provide administrative support and guidance to the school Director. Manage the Director's schedule, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing documents and presentations;
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from staff, students, parents, and other parties. Direct inquiries appropriately and maintain effective communication channels within the school;
- Meeting Coordination: Take messages and schedule meetings for the Director, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of appointments;
- Special Projects: Format and complete special projects as the Director assigns, contributing to the school's initiatives;
- Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as needed to support the effective operation of the school;

- To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma and at least one year of related experience in general clerical work;
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and the public;
- Strong teamwork and conflict-resolution skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Friendly and personable demeanor;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Russian is a plus;
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Google Suite and MS Office;
- General knowledge of computer usage and database software;
- Accurate and proficient typing skills.
