- Provide consistent one-to-one support to the assigned child throughout the school day to ensure safety, engagement, and well-being
- Support the child in following classroom routines, rules, and daily transitions
- Assist the child in accessing learning activities by adapting tasks and providing individualized guidance as directed by the class teacher
- Promote the child’s social interaction and communication skills through positive modeling and guided play
- Support emotional regulation and behavior using positive behavior strategies
- Observe, record, and report the child’s progress, challenges, and achievements to the class teacher and SEN team
- Work closely with the class teacher, teaching assistants, and specialists to implement individual support strategies
- Encourage the child’s independence while providing appropriate levels of support
- Ensure the child’s safety at all times, including during indoor and outdoor activities, transitions, and special events
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the child’s personal and educational information
- Follow all school policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection procedures
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as required

Tələblər
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
- Relevant certification or training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or inclusive education is highly desirable
- Proven experience working with Preschool or early years children, preferably in a shadow teacher, teaching assistant, or SEN support role
- Experience providing one-to-one support to children with additional learning, behavioral, communication, or developmental needs
- Experience supporting children in a classroom or school setting, including managing transitions, routines, and individual learning activities
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate learning strategies
- Ability to implement individual support plans under the guidance of the class teacher and SEN team
- Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and a calm, supportive approach to behavior guidance
- Knowledge of and commitment to Child Protection and Safeguarding policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Physically and emotionally able to provide continuous support throughout the school day
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
