- Responsible to generate, maintain, and regularly provide an update on documentation statuses and reports;
- Effectively communicate documentation issues within the project team, and the Contractors in a clear and timely manner;
- Tracking orders with team members for ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for reporting;
- Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures;
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date;
- Generate the various document control reports as required;
- Communicates easily with internal and external customers/field/suppliers/team;
- Document processing, classification and records keeping when there is revising;
- Issues official document in compliance with given procedure;
- Document collection and summarizing adding to basic document processing;
- Make sure that provided copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff within organization and suppliers as applicable;
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution;

Tələblər
- Higher Education;
- Minimum 5 years related work experience in office work, documentation;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), English (Fluent);
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
- Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information;
- Ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques;
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills;
- Ability to proper time management;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
