İş haqqında məlumat

  • Supervise on-site purchasing team activities, including daily procurement tasks, supplier and end user communications, and PO coordination
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials
  • Generate with Project Manager list of quarterly consumables for future purchases, and services
  • Ensure purchasing documentation (POs, contracts, delivery notes) is properly maintained and submitted for timely payment
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and payments by providing complete and correct documentation
  • Resolve and notify the Line Manager on issues related to order delays, quantity discrepancies, or material quality in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
  • Compile and present comprehensive weekly reports to the line manager, detailing procurement performance, supplier engagement, and key action points arising from end users during weekly meetings;
  • Other duties assigned by Management;

Tələblər

  • Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs);
  • Residents of the Garabagh region (liberated territories) and other neighboring or nearby regions to Aghdara;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (certifications are a plus);
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), English (Fluent);
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
  • Proficiency in Procurement systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle, ERP) and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
