• Support fabrication yard activities related to structural steel fabrication and assembly for offshore topsides modules.
• Monitor daily production activities, particularly steel structure fabrication, plate preparation, welding, fit-up, and structural assembly works.
• Support ensuring that all fabrication activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, fabrication procedures, and project specifications, and report any non-conformances to the Structural HOD.
• Work in close coordination with structural fabrication teams, welding teams, QA/QC inspectors, and the engineering department.
• Review structural drawings and fabrication documents to verify compliance with project requirements and constructability.
• Assist in the preparation of production schedules and work plans for structural fabrication activities.
• Monitor fabrication progress and report production status to the Structural HOD.
• Identify fabrication constraints and propose solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Support coordination between fabrication shops and site teams during module assembly activities.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to resolve fabrication-related technical issues.
• Ensure all fabrication activities comply with project quality requirements and HSE regulations.
• Support module assembly and load-out preparation activities.

• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fabrication or construction within the oil & gas industry.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication for offshore topsides or similar large industrial projects.
• Good understanding of structural fabrication processes, welding, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and fabrication documentation.
• Knowledge of fabrication yard operations and production workflows.
• Familiarity with EEMUA 158 or similar structural fabrication standards is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience using Navisworks or similar 3D model review software.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with production teams, engineering departments, QA/QC inspectors, and construction management.
