• Projects Lead will drive the implementation of CEO-led initiatives across Bravo Stores, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, optimizing promotions, brand visibility, import strategies, and operational processes, while delivering timely insights and reports to support business decisions. This position ensures the successful execution of projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and the overall customer experience.

Role Overview:

• Projects Lead will work directly with the CEO to lead and implement strategic initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring project success, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Work closely with the CEO to define, plan, and execute strategic projects and initiatives;
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to optimize promotions, brand visibility, and marketing campaigns;
• Support the Import team in implementing import strategies, ensuring product availability, pricing, and visibility across stores;
• Partner with the Finance Department to prepare monthly reporting packs, board packs, and project performance analysis;
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects: from planning, execution, and monitoring to delivery;
• Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability;
• Ensure alignment across departments for successful project implementation;
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-departmental business environments. Experience working closely with senior leadership or CEOs is highly desirable;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously;
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills, including reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
• Understanding of retail operations, promotions, brand visibility, and import strategies;
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
• Flexibility to work across departments and interact with diverse teams.
