• Work closely with the CEO to define, plan, and execute strategic projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to optimize promotions, brand visibility, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the Import team in implementing import strategies, ensuring product availability, pricing, and visibility across stores.
• Partner with the Finance Department to prepare monthly reporting packs, board packs, and project performance analysis.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects: from planning, execution, and monitoring to delivery.
• Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure alignment across departments for successful project implementation.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-departmental business environments. Experience working closely with senior leadership or CEOs is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills, including reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of retail operations, promotions, brand visibility, and import strategies.
