  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for rooms and apartments, taking into account seasonal trends and market dynamics.
  • Analyze data on sales, occupancy, and competition to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Manage room inventory and maintain long-term agreements with residents and partners.
  • Negotiate and coordinate discounts and commissions with travel agencies, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and other business partners; maintain strong partner relations.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to ensure the hotel’s competitiveness.
  • Provide the Sales & Marketing Director and Management Team with data-driven business intelligence and strategic recommendations.
  • Optimize forecasting accuracy using Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ensure proper technical setup and efficient use of all revenue management tools and online distribution channels.
  • Control group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) inventory, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize total hotel revenue.
  • Prepare revenue reports and performance analyses with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments to align strategies and goals.
  • Participate in annual budget and revenue forecasting processes.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Revenue Manager in international hotel chains or properties.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and analytical software.
  • Advanced analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
