- Organize sales through phone calls with local and international client databases
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts
- Sell additional services (sponsorship packages, marketing services)
- Prepare project (exhibition) concepts
- Develop sales materials
- Manage sales databases
- Promote projects (prepare and update corporate website content, organize supporting events, direct mail and email campaigns)
- Collect payments
- Coordinate work with marketing, technical, and administrative departments
- Prepare exhibition reports
Tələblər
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic, outgoing, and results-oriented personality
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Willingness to travel within Azerbaijan and abroad
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
