- Study the products, the main market trends and customers’ needs;
- Work based on the company’s sales procedure;
- Collaborate with major car buyers;
- Establish a client database CRM system within the Company and attract client attention;
- Make appointments and conduct oral/written communications with shortlisted corporate clients;
- Apply high-level corporate know-how to win customers and sign contracts;
- Support the Operations Team with useful information about the corporate customers’ background and working principles;
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience;
- Suggest sales process improvements, if required;
- Assist the team with any issues that might arise regarding legal/billing/service paperwork;
- Prepare and submit reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;

Tələblər
- At least 2 years work experience as a Sales or service specialist in corporate sales sector;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Experience in working with documents and agreements;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High-grade service delivery mindset is a must;
- Self-motivated with sense of time and responsibility;
- A strong enthusiasm for learning;
- Positive team player loving working with people.
