İş haqqında məlumat

  • Study the products, the main market trends and customers’ needs;
  • Work based on the company’s sales procedure;
  • Collaborate with major car buyers;
  • Establish a client database CRM system within the Company and attract client attention;
  • Make appointments and conduct oral/written communications with shortlisted corporate clients;
  • Apply high-level corporate know-how to win customers and sign contracts;
  • Support the Operations Team with useful information about the corporate customers’ background and working principles;
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Suggest sales process improvements, if required;
  • Assist the team with any issues that might arise regarding legal/billing/service paperwork;
  • Prepare and submit reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
  • Working hours: 11:00 - 20:00.

Tələblər

  • At least 2 years work experience as a Sales or service specialist in corporate sales sector;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Experience in working with documents and agreements;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English and Russian;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High-grade service delivery mindset is a must;
  • Self-motivated with sense of time and responsibility;
  • A strong enthusiasm for learning;
  • Positive team player loving working with people.
