• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions;
• Build and maintain dashboards and user-friendly interfaces in Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects to meet business user needs;
• Design dashboards specific to telecom KPIs including network performance, subscriber metrics, and service quality indicators;
• Implement data visualization best practices to deliver clear, actionable insights;
• Execute complex SQL queries and assist with ETL logic validation to ensure data accuracy;
• Configure and maintain BI platforms, developing required SQL functions and optimizing system performance;
• Implement caching strategies and performance optimization techniques for improved reporting speed across environments;
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to enhance data models and expand field availability;
• Create unified semantic layers that abstract the complexity of hybrid data sources;
• Support and troubleshoot existing dashboards, reports, and data interfaces;
• Implement security and access controls for reporting environments;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reports and dashboards.

• Strong experience with Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects development and administration;
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize performance;
• Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles;
• Understanding of telecommunications KPIs and metrics;
• Knowledge of BI platform configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders;
• Experience with performance optimization techniques including caching strategies;
• Basic scripting skills in Python or R for automation and data analysis;
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises BI deployments;
• Knowledge of additional BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.);
• Background in telecommunications industry analytics;
• Relevant BI certifications (Tableau, SAP BO certification);
• Advanced Python/R programming skills for statistical analysis.
