• İnstalling, configuring, and maintaining VOIP systems, in support of business processing requirements.

Working schedule:

• 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• During peak times and when working close to a deadline, sometimes may be required to work overtime, holidays, and weekends;
• Salary will be determined within an interview procedure.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field;
• Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer;
• Cisco CCNA certifications is preferable;
• Deep Knowledge of key network protocols such as VOIP, TCP, IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong desire to learn and grow his skills.

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager - CUCM;
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Express - CUCCX;
• Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence - CIMP;
• Cisco Unity Connection - CUC;

• Cisco Webex;
• Cisco Voice Gateways - SIP, E1, Analog;
• Cisco Video Conferencing Systems.
