• Participating in Internal and Vendor Audits;

• Defining quality objectives and developing action plans to achieve and monitor them;
• Participating in supplier evaluation, approval, and performance monitoring processes;
• Investigating customer complaints and implementing appropriate corrective actions;
• Conducting quality audits in service areas in accordance with the audit plan, preparing audit plans, and ensuring proper process flow;
• Ensuring Compliance with QC Requirements for Third-Party Certification Audits;
• Creating Checklists and Performing Inspections in Accordance with them;
• Conducting Inspections with the Participation of the Customer Representative;
• Establishment of a Quality Control Program;
• Preparation, Implementation, Monitoring, and Follow-up of ITP and QCP;
• Development and updating of QC Procedures, maintaining their Effectiveness, and Supervising their Implementation;
• Monitoring of Proper Storage and Labeling of Products in the Warehouse and Field;
• Analysis of Recurring Failures and Preparation of Proposals in Collaboration with the QA Department;
• Tracking Quality Indicators (Number of Reworks, Number of Nonconformities;
• Preparation of Weekly /Monthly QC Activity Reports;
• Lead and mentor QC Engineers and Inspectors, supporting their professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality engineering roles;
• Strong knowledge in the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment;
• Experience in the preparation and implementation of Quality Control Plans (QCP) and ITPs;
• Experience as an auditor for Integrated Management System (IMS) standards;
• Knowledge of API Q2 standard is considered an advantage;
• NDT certification (Level II or higher) preferred;
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is required;
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO, and ASTM standards;
• Strong skills in process analysis and improvement – application of methods such as process audits, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, and Fishbone;
• Experience in planning, conducting, and following up on internal and external audits.
