As part of our growth strategy, we are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to build client relationships, secure long-term service contracts, and grow our project-based customer base across Azerbaijan.
Your Mission
- You will play a leading role in acquiring new business, targeting monthly retainer contracts and one-time IT infrastructure or software projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to position IT solutions as a growth lever for clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote optional vertical SaaS solutions (Logistics, Marketplace, etc.) as needed;
- Identify, approach, and close new client opportunities through your own network, referrals, and lead generation;
- Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and commercial presentations;
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales engineers to tailor offers and solutions;
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and service contracts;
- Maintain lead/opportunity data in a CRM (ZOHO or other);
- Deliver minimum 3–5 signed clients per month during the trial and beyond;
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to sales strategy refinement;
- Support the development of a junior/mid-level sales team as the company grows.
Drive B2B sales of KNEXEL’s core offerings:
- Managed IT Services & Support;
- Cybersecurity (SOC, PenTesting, Advisory);
- IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, VoIP, Cloud);
- Custom Software Development (Web, Mobile, API).

- Competitive salary: 1500-2000 AZN + Commission.

Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT, system integration, or technical consulting;
- Strong local network in Azerbaijan’s business environment, especially Baku and Karabagh;
- Proven ability to close long-term support contracts and deliver custom solution sales;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales practices;
- Willingness to travel locally when needed.
