• Work with school-aged children and young adults;
• Listening to students' concerns regarding social, academic, emotional or personal circumstances;
• Providing students with support and guidance on how to deal with problems;
• Mediating and improving relationships between students, parents, and teachers;
• Counseling individuals and groups as required;
• Conducting assessments to determine students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and aptitudes;
• Working with students to develop and improve their skill set;
• Meet with parents and teachers to discuss learning, behavioral, familial and social problems;
• Implementing programs to combat substance abuse;
• Evaluate and advise school disciplinary practices for troubled students;
• Promote positive behaviors.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in school counseling or psychology;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field;
