- Ensuring that work performed meets quality control standards in food and service areas;
- Acting as a role model to his team by demonstrating the best possible level of service at all times;
- Regularly checking stock, placing product orders;
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and high-quality product;
- Listening and resolving customer complaints effectively;
- Assist the restaurant manager in the annual budget process and other business forecasting;
- To control cleanliness and sanitary rules in the work process;
- Regularly check that the equipment is fully ready for service, eliminate deficiencies in a timely manner;
- To control the process of registration of orders;
- Controlling inventories;
- Provide staff training, identify development needs, contribute to team training and development;
- Improving the drink menu, ensuring the confidentiality of recipes;
- Job’s period: 4 months.
Tələblər
- 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team;
- High communication skills;
- Ability to speak Azerbaijani, Russian and English; English is mandatory;
- 5 working days per week;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications.
