- Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements;
- Prepare, review, and update quality procedures, work instructions, and quality plans;
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits (certification, client, regulatory);
- Monitor and report on quality performance indicators (KPIs, NCRs, CAPAs);
- Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and deviations; recommend corrective/preventive actions;
- Ensure inspection and testing processes are properly carried out and documented;
- Provide quality awareness training for staff;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality-related matters;
- Verify that materials, equipment, and services meet project and contract requirements.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field;
- Minimum experience (5+ years) in QA/QC preferably in oil & gas, EPC, or construction;
- Certifications (preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor;
- ASQ qualifications such as CQE, CQA;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, API Q2 standards;
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Pareto charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, flowcharts, control charts, check sheets, affinity diagrams, tree diagrams, prioritization matrices, interrelationship digraphs, and activity network diagrams, PDCA, Six Sigma and failure mode and effects analysis, Basic Statistical Use, Sampling, Statistical Analysis, Measurement Systems Analysis, Trend and Pattern Analysis, Process Variation, Process Capability;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
