- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver comprehensive Biology lessons in accordance with Cambridge IGCSE (0610) and/or AS & A-Level (9700) syllabuses.
- Practical Work: Design and supervise sophisticated laboratory experiments, ensuring students master microscope skills, dissection, and biochemical testing.
- Scientific Investigation: Support students in developing their Independent Research and investigative skills, particularly for Paper 5 (Practical Test) or Paper 6 (Alternative to Practical).
- Data Interpretation: Teach students to process complex biological data, draw valid conclusions, and evaluate experimental reliability.
- Cross-Curricular Links: Connect biological concepts to global issues such as climate change, biotechnology, and public health.

Tələblər
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biology, Biological Sciences, or a closely related field (e.g., Biochemistry, Biomedical Science).
- Certification: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or International Teaching License).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge Biology at the Secondary or High School level.
- Language Proficiency: Near-native English proficiency (Essential for explaining complex terminology and marking essay-based questions in A-Level). Native or near-native English proficiency (Minimum C1/C2 level or IELTS 7.0+).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in handling biological lab equipment and using digital simulations (e.g., BioDigital Human, virtual labs).
Pedagogical Competencies
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) marking criteria and command words.
- Ability to simplify abstract biological processes (e.g., molecular biology, metabolic pathways) for diverse learners.
- Experience in guiding students through past papers and exam techniques specific to Biology.
