The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the hotel’s other departments to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Hotel Sales Manager will also build relationships with current and potential customers and for providing feedback on industry changes and trends.

- Develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategy;
- Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with corporate clients;
- Build a new client base and enhance cooperation with existing clients;
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets;
- Manage digital and traditional sales channels;
- Analyze the competitive environment and conduct market research;
- Work with new, existing, and potential clients in line with the defined sales strategy, negotiating optimal rates in the best interest of the business;
- Hold regular sales calls and meetings with target market leaders;
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, government institutions, and other partners related to the hotel industry;
- Participate in various events and local market activities to strengthen the hotel’s brand profile;
- Support the development of new products and services;
- Collaborate with senior management in preparing and managing the department’s budget.

- University degree (preferably in management, tourism, marketing, or related fields);
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (spoken and written);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach;
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively;
- Analytical thinking and market research skills.
