  • Plan, direct and coordinate the organization’s administrative operations;
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of office facilities;
  • Performing standard administrative tasks in the office;
  • Ensuring the office's operational functionality;
  • Maintaining for supplier agreements;
  • Organize meetings and appointments within the office;
  • Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals;
  • Recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion of employees in accordance with the Labor Code; preparation of employee files; monitoring electronic employment contract approvals;
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies in line with Azerbaijani regulations.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
  • At least 3 years in administrative/executive support roles;
  • Solid knowledge of HR administration;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Strong command of spoken and written Azeri and English;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office;
  • Strong communication and team working skills;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
