- Plan, direct and coordinate the organization’s administrative operations;
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of office facilities;
- Performing standard administrative tasks in the office;
- Ensuring the office's operational functionality;
- Maintaining for supplier agreements;
- Organize meetings and appointments within the office;
- Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals;
- Recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion of employees in accordance with the Labor Code; preparation of employee files; monitoring electronic employment contract approvals;
- Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies in line with Azerbaijani regulations.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
- At least 3 years in administrative/executive support roles;
- Solid knowledge of HR administration;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Strong command of spoken and written Azeri and English;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office;
- Strong communication and team working skills;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
