Creation of new products and services and making changes to existing products and services;
Providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation of products and services in production;
Resolving requests and complaints;
Conducting pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the quality of products and services;
Identifying errors or deficiencies in existing services and products and developing appropriate solutions;
Investigating system capabilities and conducting necessary tests related to the implementation of new services;
Performing quality control and inspections before deploying software to production;
Implementing new types of services and payment methods;
Managing products and services in operation and preparing necessary documentation;
Analyzing requirements related to products and services and proposing suitable solutions;
Ensuring technical coordination for the execution of changes

Unix/Linux əməliyyat sistemləri ilə işləmək bacarığı;
Scriptlərin yaradılması (shell, Python);
Relation Database (Oracle, MySQL, MsSQL, MariaDB) və SQL ilə işləmə bacarıqları;
Ericsson Charging system ilə iş bacarığı;
Telekommunikasiya sahəsində biliklər;
XML, HTML bilikləri arzuolunandır
Azercell Telekom MMC-nin xidmət, tarif və kampaniyaları haqqında məlumat;
Analiz bacarıqları - verilən tapşırıqların/məlumatın müstəqil tədqiq etmə;
Ünsiyyat qurma bacarığı;
